The 15 year fixed dropped below 3.0% to 2.99%, the first time in six months to see a rate that low. The 30 year fixed fell from 3.85% to 3.76%. There are an additional 35 homes in escrow. Mortgage rates fell slightly last week. The thirty year fixed went from 3.85% to 3.84% and the 15 year dropped to 3.05%.
